* Directly Provided Information: Name, email address, phone number, general asset class interest (e.g., Residential or Fine Art), and target acquisition or disposition budgets.

* Automated Data: Interaction metrics with our automated executive concierges, routing tags, and internally generated client reference codes (Coded_IDs).

2. ZERO-KNOWLEDGE ARCHITECTURE & DATA SECURITY

The Company employs a "Zero-Knowledge" internal processing architecture. Upon initial intake, sensitive personal identifiers (such as your raw phone number and email address) are immediately encrypted and secured in an executive vault via AES-256 encryption. Our operational associates and facilitation staff do not have access to your raw contact data; they operate strictly using your anonymized Coded_ID. 

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information strictly to:

* Verify basic intake criteria and calculate internal routing metrics.

* Facilitate introductory communications via encrypted channels.

* Generate preliminary match scores for asset facilitation.

* Comply with applicable legal, tax, and telecom regulations.

4. STRICT LIMITATION ON DATA SHARING

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data is never monetized. Information is only shared under the following strict conditions:

* With Executed Consent: We only share your details with a counterparty when both principals have executed mutual non-disclosure agreements and explicitly consented to a formal introduction.

* Service Providers: We may employ secure, enterprise-grade third-party software (e.g., CRM platforms, telecom proxies) to host our encrypted data. These providers are strictly bound by confidentiality and are prohibited from accessing or utilizing your data for their own purposes.

* Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by a valid legal subpoena, court order, or binding regulatory mandate.

5. SMS & TEXT MESSAGING COMPLIANCE (A2P 10DLC)

By providing your phone number and explicitly opting in via our intake portals, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Claire Estates / Crest Ultra Luxury regarding your inquiry, match status, and facilitation updates. 

* Opt-In: Consent to receive SMS messages is collected purely for direct transactional and facilitation communications.

* No Third-Party Sharing: Mobile information and consent data will never be shared with, sold to, or distributed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

* Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. For assistance, you may reply HELP. 

* Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.

6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Our network operates across global jurisdictions, including but not limited to the US, UK, Switzerland, UAE, and Singapore. By engaging with our platform, you acknowledge that your data may be routed through secure servers located outside of your immediate country of residence, always maintaining our strict encryption standards.

7. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

You reserve the right to request access to, correction of, or the complete deletion of your personal data held within our systems. If you request deletion, we will immediately purge your records and kill any active facilitation sessions, retaining only what is strictly required for legal and tax compliance.
