Welcome to the digital platforms and intake portals operated by IBC LLC, doing business as

Claire Estates and Crest Ultra Luxury ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our

web forms, interacting with our digital interfaces, or submitting an inquiry for ultra-luxury asset

introductions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them

carefully before proceeding.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES & ELIGIBILITY

The Company provides a secure, private infrastructure dedicated to facilitating high-level,

preliminary introductions within the ultra-luxury real estate and fine art markets.

● No Advisory or Brokerage Guarantee: Our services are strictly limited to preliminary

intake verification and matching facilitation. We do not act as public real estate brokers,

legal counsel, or registered financial advisors.

● Eligibility: By utilizing our platform, you represent and warrant that you are a principal

party, an authorized corporate officer, or a verified representative acting with explicit

authority on behalf of a principal, and that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. DISCRETION AND ACCOUNTS (CODED_IDS)

To preserve the absolute privacy of our network, we operate under a strict Zero-Knowledge

Architecture.

● Upon submitting an intake form, your raw contact information is immediately encrypted.

● You will be assigned a secure, anonymized client reference code (Coded_ID). All

subsequent interactions with our operational staff, automated executive concierges, and

facilitation systems will occur exclusively under this identifier.

● You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and verifiable information during the initial intake

process.

3. COMMUNICATIONS & SMS COMPLIANCE (A2P 10DLC)

By providing your mobile telephone number on our intake web forms and explicitly checking the

opt-in consent box, you expressly consent to receive automated operational notifications,

confirmation receipts, match status updates, and executive customer care follow-ups via SMS

from Claire Estates / Crest Ultra Luxury.● Consent Mechanics: Consent is collected purely for direct, non-marketing,

transactional, and customer care facilitation communications related to your asset

inquiry. Checking the opt-in box is entirely optional and is not a condition of purchase,

entry into our network, or asset introduction.

● Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based strictly on your active inquiries,

engagement metrics, and facilitation sessions.

● Rates: Standard message and data rates applied by your mobile carrier may apply to

any SMS correspondence.

● Opt-Out (STOP): You may cancel and revoke SMS consent at any time. To stop

receiving text messages, simply reply STOP to any message received from us. Upon

receiving your STOP command, we will send a single confirmation text confirming you

have been unsubscribed, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless a new opt-in

is explicitly initiated by you.

● Support (HELP): For assistance or clarification regarding our messaging systems, reply

HELP to any message or contact our support team at admin@crestultraluxury.com.

● Strict Privacy Boundary: As outlined in our Privacy Policy, mobile information and SMS

consent data will never be shared with, sold to, or distributed to third parties, partners, or

affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

4. MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE & INTRODUCTIONS

No formal asset data, proprietary portfolio listings, or counterparties will be disclosed via this

platform until a formal, mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been executed by all

participating principals. The Company reserves the ultimate right to deny, suspend, or terminate

an introduction session at its sole discretion if intake criteria are unverified.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, text, data architectures, routing logic, brand imagery, software code, and digital

assets associated with Claire Estates, Crest Ultra Luxury, and IBC LLC are the exclusive

intellectual property of the Company. You are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering,

scraping, or utilizing our digital interfaces for competitive intelligence or unauthorized

commercial distribution.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IBC LLC, its members, managers, and

operational partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or

punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our intake platforms or

introductory services. All matchmaking criteria and preliminary scores are provided on an "as-is"

basis for evaluation purposes only.

7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTIONGiven the global, cross-border profile of our network, these Terms shall be governed by and

construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to

conflict of law principles. Any formal legal disputes arising directly under these Terms must be

resolved exclusively via binding, private arbitration.

8. TERMINATION OF ENGAGEMENT

You retain the right to terminate your engagement with our platform at any time. Upon a formal

written request for data deletion, we will immediately purge your operational records from our

active routing systems and terminate any active matching sessions, subject only to data strictly

required for legal, tax, or telecom regulatory compliance.
